BEACH EXPERIENCE AT ARAROMI BEACH

 When people discuss about beaches in Nigeria, most people feel and believe only Lagos state has the beautiful island which are beaches. Beaches in Lagos include the Tarkwa bay beach, the oniru beach, the landmark beach and the barbeach and elegusi beach to mention a few. Do you however know that there is a beach in Ondo state Nigeria?

   In the riverine area of Ondo state particularly you the ILAJE region lies the Araromi beach in Ondo state. It is not as pronounced or as developed as other beaches in Nigeria however it's environment and fresh breeze is second to one in terms of satisfaction. The people of the Araromi beach are so welcoming and accommodating. The price of entry and stay on the beach is little compared to those of Lagos state and finally the youths of the town do not mind standing guard to secure the visitors.

   This beach gets most of the visitors during the festive season like Christmas and easter. Thousands of immigrants and residents troop in to enjoy the beach feeling and partake in the beach celebrations and funfair that are staged during those seasons. Recently a group of students from universities all over Ondo state went there for a 24 hours beach experience. These students were from institutions like FUTA, AAUA, OAUSTECH, FECA and RUGIPO. They all explained and confirmed the fact that this beach is a good place to be.
