A LETTER TO FISUITES - BY BARR. AKINYEMI SAMUEL O.

 Dear FISUITES,

It's with joy and humility I write this letter to you.

_"To God be the Glory, Great things he hath done"_

Firstly, I appreciate God Almighty for his benevolence, even in our inequities he is still there for us. I appreciate him for his guidance in this journey.

Today as I celebrate my birthday and 200+ days in office. In this letter I will be reminiscing in the past 200+ days. November 1; I released a flier but then I wasn't sure of the post I'm contesting for, I began consultation far and near.

After due consultation, on December 4 I declared for the Presidency position of this noble union. Special gratitude to those that supported during the campaign and electioneering processes, I'm very grateful.

I can boldly say that I'm 70% done with the Reformation Agenda! An agenda I presented while contesting.

- I promised Educational Advancement in form of Sponsorships and Scholarships; with the help of God and the kind gesture of Man, these has been done. We organized the first of it's kind Spelling Bee Competition, which we gave out a cash prize of #65,000. 

The union with the help of Bolanle Deborah Foundation paid the school fees of the Champion of the Spelling Bee Competition.

- Community Advancement in form of IGR, Skill Acquisition, Empowerment and Recording of the Community Anthem in mp3 format: I can boldly say that we've done two of these, we've organized an Online Skill Acquisition program at the beginning of the tenure; all plans for the production of the community anthem are in place, we're only left with the recording and the launching which we will do very soon. In respect of the Five Years Remembrance of the demise of Comr. Julius Ayilumo, a memorial football match was organized.

- Welfare and Chapter Reinstatement: We have a program coming up on 29th of August, the main aim of the program is to improve the well being of FISUITES and about the Chapter Reinstatement; plans are on ground and we will start execution as from next month.

All these I didn't do alone but with the help of our Indefatigable Executives, Stakeholders and Past Leaders of this noble union.

At this stage which is the last quarter of the Administration, all we want from FISUITES is their prayers and cooperation.

We're not done yet; this last quarter of this administration is packed with a lot of Initiatives, let all FISUITES relax and enjoy the rest of the Administration.

We promised to handover at the right time and at the end of the Administration we will give back to FISUITES.
